How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 7 business days, but custom items may take longer. You’ll receive tracking info to your email once your order ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Your satisfaction is important so if you are not fully satisfied with our products or services, please contact us within 24 hours of a session or workshop, and within 30 days of product purchase. We will carefully review your request and issue a refund if deemed appropriate. If we do not hear from you within the specified timeframe, we will assume you are satisfied, and no refunds will be provided. Due to the handmade and energetic nature of our cleansing products, all cleansing product sales are final.
