Spiritual Benefits of Rosemary
Clarity & Focus: Clears mental fog and enhances intuition.
Emotional & Energetic Renewal: Promotes peace, balance, and a sense of harmony.
Amplifies Intention: Strengthens manifestations and sacred rituals.
How to Use
1. Set Your Intention: Focus on your purpose, whether it’s clearing negativity, inviting clarity, or refreshing your energy.
2. Prepare Your Space: Open windows for airflow, remove distractions, and have a fireproof dish ready for safety.
3. Light & Smolder: Carefully light one end, let it burn for a few seconds, then gently blow out the flame, allowing fragrant smoke to rise.
4. Cleanse with Purpose: Wave the smoke around your space, body, or sacred objects while visualizing renewed, vibrant energy.
5. Extinguish Safely: Press the smoldering tip into a fireproof dish, sand, or salt until fully out. Never leave unattended.
Pro Tip: If you're sensitive to smoke, try a smudge spray instead as a smoke-free alternative.
